Staff continues work with Communications and Engagement to highlight our park facilities, we have a quarterly publication.
Staff has collaborated with the Communications and Engagement department to do a complete replacement of wayfinding and signage in outdoor facilities. We are steadily replacing systematically prioritizing areas in most need or recent projects. Additionally, we have worked together to improve the communication resources available to citizens at our new location in the Drakeford Library Complex. This includes information about our assistance services for language access and use of the building communication platforms for requesting ADA access or emergency response. Other communication improvements include marketing of the new facility, redesign of the facility website, transition to paperless rental process, and integration of technologies used for marketing upcoming events and educational information. Facilities marketing materials were recreated during the larger departmental overall of marketing brochure.
