Update

The Town completed the installation of 230 feet of new sidewalk along Roberson Street, spanning from Maple Avenue to Sweet Bay Place. The sidewalk construction complies with ADA standards, including accessible curb ramps and gutter design.

 

Next Steps

Continued efforts should be made to identify areas in need of sidewalk installation, prioritizing high-traffic zones to enhance pedestrian connectivity. Future planning will include evaluating streets in the resurfacing program for possible sidewalk integration. Potential challenges such as funding limitations, planning delays, and resource constraints may affect implementation.
