Update

Advancing Racial Equity, The Role of Government training is completed by all new employees.  This training provides foundational information that assist all employees with normalizing, organizing and operationalizing race and equity work in the Town of Carrboro.

New employees are asked to complete training within the first six months of employment, resulting in a lower percentage in Q1 and Q2 as employees are being onboarded.
