Update

In FY Q1-26, staff hosted 13 engagement events for projects including the Downtown Area Plan, New Unified Development Ordinance, Safe Routes to School Action Plan Update, and Reimagining East Weaver Street. Notably, 7 (54%) of these events specifically targeted participation from racial and ethnic minority communities.

In FY Q2-26, staff hosted 16 engagement events for projects including the Downtown Area Plan and Safe Routes to School Action Plan Update. Of these events, 1 specifically targeted participation from racial and ethnic minority communities, while 10 focused on engaging youth.
