Update

Between August and September 2025, the Stormwater Residential Assistance Program (RAP) received a total of 42 applications. Four reports were completed in Q1 and 25 reports were completed by the Stormwater team in Q2.

Next Steps

Forty-two Residential Assistance Program applications have been received since the start of FY26. Eight assessments were completed in September and Fourteen more are scheduled for October, reflecting continued need and interest in participation. The program continues to fine tune implementation phasing and funding procedures per statutory and tax guidance.

Evaluate the existing metrics for large-scale Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) implementation to ensure they align with the Town's objectives and resources. This evaluation will aid in setting realistic goals and improving performance measurement effectiveness.
