Description

A BR&E dashboard will show interactions, action items, open/closed referrals, time‑to‑response, facility visits, walk/focus‑group contacts (exact metrics to be determined) with the first dashboard published by June 2026. The dashboard will be updated on a monthly basis to track activities. This Key Result is contingent on implementation of a Customer Relationship Management Systems and can wait for that implementation to be underway before posting
