Description

Using the business finder tool, the business licence listing, and other well-maintained data sources, staff will identify which businesses the BR&E function will be actively tracking and engaging. The target businesses will be captured in a customer relationship management system (or interim solution). Businesses will be segmented by priority sectors and areas and separated into “Elephants, Gazelles & Mice”.

Work continues to enable access to verified data and conduct quality checks to ensure an accurate base of information that will inform development of additional supports and services for business based on the needs of groups of similar business types.
