Using the business finder tool, the business licence listing, and other well-maintained data sources, staff will identify which businesses the BR&E function will be actively tracking and engaging. The target businesses will be captured in a customer relationship management system (or interim solution). Businesses will be segmented by priority sectors and areas and separated into “Elephants, Gazelles & Mice”.
