Description

The Recreation Facility Feasibility Study, completed in Q4 2025, provides the foundational analysis to advance the planning for the Hammond Aquatics and Recreation Centre, Albion Arena Expansion and the Community Multi-Use Park -Phase 1at the site of the gofl course. Upon advancement of design concepts, progression on costing and the development of a detailed funding strategy will occur. The information will position the City for decision-making on next steps in community recreation infrastructure investment to meet current and future residential demand.
