The Fire Services have undergone significant change over recent years, and part of the Fire Master Plan involves implementation of succession planning to ensure the continuity and professionalism of the service is maintained. This work involves establishing a plan for succession in key roles in the service and then implementing initiatives to support succession and maintain excellence.
