Description

One way of improving the amount of development applications that can be processed given finite resources is to establish clear standards for the processing of applications. This key result leverages a lean process review of the development services of the City to identify standard timelines for each stage of the process. This will help improve transparency and certainty for service users and support efficiency for City resources.

These are published as 12 weeks for completion when submitted electronically through the portal after they have cleared the intake process.
