Description

Ensuring a single source of information across the vast amount of work undertaken each year is the purpose of the enterprise performance management system (ClearPoint). This software tool enables visibility across all departmental initiatives, strategic initiatives and key results linked to Council's Strategic Plan and other major projects, plans and strategies. 2024 was the first year of implementation of the software and the City uses it to publish quarterly updates for Council and the community on progress against Council's Strategic Plan.

The City implemented a strategic management software solution (ClearPoint) that creates a cohesive single place to record, track, and update progress on various plans and initiatives within the city such as Council’s Strategic Plan and various department master plans and strategies. The system was successfully implemented in June 2024.
