Net Promoter Score is a well-established metric for measuring the impact of services and the perception of services particularly in the area of customer satisfaction. It measures the degree to which people are so happy with their experience that they would recommend it to others. This key result focuses on one element of our tourism sector - eco-tourism and agricultural-tourism - to determine our current baseline of data and monitor this in the future to show positive increases in our net promoter score. This key result also relies on a review of regulation to ensure that policies and bylaws are up to date and do not present an impediment to economic growth in this sub-sector.
