Description

Net Promoter Score is a well-established metric for measuring the impact of services and the perception of services particularly in the area of customer satisfaction. It measures the degree to which people are so happy with their experience that they would recommend it to others. This key result focuses on one element of our tourism sector - eco-tourism and agricultural-tourism - to determine our current baseline of data and monitor this in the future to show positive increases in our net promoter score.

The next phase of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) is scheduled for Q4 of 2026. Having derived a baseline through the last NPS, the 2026 survey will gauge residents' perception of tourism services and experiences in Maple Ridge.
