Description

McKenney Creek is a prominent natural feature that weaves through the Lougheed Transit Corridor Area. The "McKenney Creek system" typically refers to the entire network of streams, creeks, and waterways associated with McKenney Creek itself. This system plays a significant role in the local ecology and is known for its importance in supporting various species of fish, including salmon and trout. The purpose of the project is to identify how the system can be preserved while enabling the development of a complete community along the Lougheed Transit Corridor.
