Description

This key result involves the installation of Level-3 and Level-2 EV chargers at City Operations Centre to allow for the growth of the City's electric fleet. Over time the City is electrifying its fleet to achieve lower-carbon solutions for fleet operations and lower costs.

To date, the City has secured a NRCan grant to support this project, and 20 Level-2 EV chargers have been installed.

Starting in August, an additional 20 Level-2 chargers and 2 Level-3 chargers are anticipated to begin installation.  The project is projected to be substantially complete by the end of February 2027.
