At the macro level, we are currently updating our water and sewer models to incorporate the latest land use plans and assumptions provided by the Planning Department.  The updated models will form the basis for planning servicing to three growth areas.  Additionally, a citywide drainage model is in development that will improve the City's ability to assess and plan its drainage system.

At a smaller scale, our current priority is assessing scenarios for additional densification in Northeast Albion and associated water and sewer infrastructure servicing requirements.
