External Update

In 2025, the City is undertaking a major review of the model for setting Development Cost Charges (DCC).  This work is being led by the Planning and Building Department as it is closely related to many other Official Community Plan and Area Planning pieces of work underway.  This project relates to changes to the financial model and bylaw once the planning work is completed.  Work will likely result in a bylaw amendment in Q3, Q4 of 2025 to set new charges per the model for 2026.
