Initial awareness building with internal departments as well as awareness building with BIA / Chamber and area businesses regarding the intent to engage on downtown revitalization in 2024. Activations with BIA and additional marketing underway, however focused dialogue specifically on downtown revitalization initiatives are needed in early 2025 to obtain insights from those in the downtown core (BIA and area businesses) - January meeting to be held with BIA / BIA members.
