A 'Standardized Housing Design Catalogue' was released by the Province in September 2024 to encourage gentle density. Work is underway to develop site plans that are appropriate for the Maple Ridge context. This includes options other than lane-way houses as this model is not consistent with Maple Ridge neighbourhood configurations within Area Plans.
