Project Objectives |
Construct a new Fire Rescue and Logistics Building to include an Administrative Offices, Emergency Operations Center, Fire and EMS Logistics distribution center with storage space for EOC supplies, fire records and fire prevention, City Clerk storage and a parking garage to be located on the existing Public Safety Complex (BSO/Fire Station #63 site).

Contractor pricing for the project with proposed alternates has been completed
The project is still overbudget and will go through another exercise of cost reduction utilizing the 60% Construction Documents in progress
The Designer is currently working on completing the 60% set of Construction Documents for City staff review
City staff and Designer are coordinating efforts to implement MEP systems that give the City the best systems for longevity, future growth and to facilitate the maintenance of these systems
