Crew completed the parking lot subgrade on the north west side, grading rolling and compacting, passed inspection and density testing, and started backfilling with lime rock, grading, rolling and compacting

The landscape contractor moved three oak trees from the parking lot area, planted on the west side of the property

The shell subcontractor continued working on the building footers, laying out, installing forms, steel rebars and reinforcements to the footings

The electrical contractor continued installing conduits on the east side for the field lighting and camera system and passed inspection for the electrical conduits

The southwest parking lot subgrade inspection and density testing has passed and contractor continues working on the north west parking lot subgrade

Keith and associates have re-staked the new locations for the light pole due issues with the existing trees

Surveyors are staking out the 4^th phase of the subgrade on the west side

The landscape crew has been watering trees and palms on a daily basis, and performed root pruning

FPL crew has completed removing the existing lighting poles from the site

The City crew installed the tap for the re-claimed water per contractor request
