A new park, including soccer/football field, concession, and restroom building to be located adjacent to Apollo Park at 1580 NW 3rd Ave.
Progress Update

  • Coordination planning meetings have been ongoing for this new park
  • The 60% design was finalized in May
  • Construction is estimated to begin in August 2021
  • Budget review efforts were underway in May
  • DiPompeo planned to submit final GMP end of May
  • Value Engineering topics are in discussion to bring project cost within budget
  • Change of roof system types is being considered
