Project Objectives |
This project includes renovation of the existing park facility to include upgraded and new lighted synthetic rectangular fields (soccer, football and baseball), expanded parking areas, concessions, and new passive recreational areas, such as picnic lawn, new landscaping, access control, and pedestrian paths.

Crew performed re-grading of soil throughout middle field and surveyor is laying out new grading stakes
Electricians on site continuing access box installations throughout lot
All current excavations for lighting and surveillance conduits have been installed, inspected and backfilled
Curb pouring machine delivered to center lot, string lines and offset stakes laid out ahead of field curb installations
Machine delivered to site does not require any formwork assembly prior to field curb pour
Irrigation line installed and backfilled along East side of South field, with irrigation installations moving towards East side of middle field
Pulling pump cable through all new irrigation lines, with loops left extruding from stub-ups
Superintendent exposed gray water and sewer lines that run parallel to one another along West side of North field building. After checking elevations, superintendent requested (RFI) that a protective concrete collar be poured around both lines ahead of grading process continuation along West side of lot.
