Project Objectives |
Upgrades to this facility built in 1991 will include replacement of a grass field with synthetic field turf, a new scoreboard, additional bleachers and shade structures over the bleacher area.

The City has partnered with the Orange Bowl Committee for this project
The crew is continuing to bring gravel up to grade throughout North side of field pad and conducting final leveling throughout Northeast corner of field pad
Filter fabric, sub-turf field filtration system, and gravel being laid out throughout Southeast quadrant of field area
Ruts dug for sub-turf field filtration system prior to unrolling of bundles and continuing to load excess fill into trucks and remove it from site
Grading stakes laid out throughout Southwest quadrant of field area
Surveyor verifying all gravel and soil elevations with laser level
