Project Objectives |
The historic Sample-McDougal house located in Centennial Park will soon make way for a new open-air banquet pavilion of approx. 4,900 square feet. The project includes an enclosed restroom area, storage and a food prep area. Site improvements will be made to the new building entry pathways in addition to the lawns. Existing entrances to the site will be maintained.
Progress Update | |
The general contractor, subcontractor, and crews have been working onsite, pouring the foundation footings.
The contractor moved the holly tree, continued excavating and installing the forms and steelwork for the footers.
The building foundation work was briefly paused for a week in August to review structural design details.
