Our city is made up of an incredibly diverse array of identity groups with various customs, traditions, and idiosyncrasies.  We will meet with members of different identity groups to develop training opportunities to help our officers be respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable in how to effective respond to the diverse needs of community.
