Develop a relationship with both staff and students at James Logan High School and begin the “recruitment” process from a young age.
This can take the form of classroom presentations, high school job fairs, print media, and social media posts to reach out to students and provide information on both volunteer and paid-position opportunities. Meet with high school counselors to provide them with information on volunteer and career opportunities for high school students, maintain calendar of high school events that provide an opportunity for information sharing and interaction with students outside of the normal classroom setting.
