Description |
To create a culture where our officers understand and value a close relationship with our community, we will develop a program to ensure they are knowledgeable about the resources available. A key component of this program will be to encourage collaboration and engagement with resources outside of the police department in order to provide the possibility of a more holistic resolution to community needs.
