Improve the retention of students & employees at MCC.

Operational Tactic

Identify continuous activities to build upon an existing business acumen/curriculum including the possibilities of an internship program.

Performance Measure

While impacting the student/employee experience, increase efficiencies across the FAS organization utilizing assigned resources effectively/efficiently throughout the fiscal year.

Target

1 –Evaluate current systems, identify gaps and look for opportunities to seek feedback from patrons on performance. (e.g. FAS e-scan).

2 – Gather performance data from multiple sources and collect feedback from participants. e.g.  the Maintenance Mechanical Apprenticeship program.
