To assure transparency, vacancies are advertised on social media, in the Goldsboro News Argus and on the city’s website. Applications for boards and commissions are posted on the city’s website or are available at City Hall.

Significance |
The City Council recognizes and values the importance of a diverse citizen participation in local government and strives to select citizens from the entire community to serve on boards and commissions.
