Analysis

The water capacity in City reservoirs is estimated to be at 83% in Q3-20 which is consistent with the 2-year quarterly average (78.50%)

Stream flows have been low due to drought conditions. Demand has been higher drawing more on storage. The water rights portfolio is being maximized to divert as much water as possible from streams under the diminished conditions.
