This measure provides quarterly updates on progress related to the planning, development, and implementation of the County’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Updates are provided by the Cuyahoga County Department of Information Technology on a quarterly basis.
Why is this important? |
The implementation of Cuyahoga County’s ERP software will help the County manage and connect information from core areas of the organization, promoting effective and efficient decision making and improving government operations. ERP enables the County to bring all of the County’s agencies under a single, uniform system for Finance, Procurement and Human Resources.

During Q1-22, the ERP Implementation Team succeeded in meeting critical milestones. Q1-22 highlights for the ERP program include:
ERP Implementation Team
The team achieved the launch of the new timekeeping (MyTime) and Payroll systems.
Takeaways from this successful go-live include:
- All county employees were paid out of the new payroll system as of the 4/1 pay date.
- Agencies entering time in MyTime in a staggered approach, with the final agency beginning to enter time on 7/3/22.
- Addressing production issues in real time with few issues to report.
Enhancements to the system will be addressed after a stabilization period, which is expected to be completed by the end of Q2-22.
