About this measure |
This measure provides quarterly updates on progress related to the planning, development, and implementation of the County’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Updates are provided by the Cuyahoga County Department of Information Technology on a quarterly basis.
Why is this important? |
The implementation of Cuyahoga County’s ERP software will help the County manage and connect information from core areas of the organization, promoting effective and efficient decision making and improving government operations. ERP enables the County to bring all of the County’s agencies under a single, uniform system for Finance, Procurement and Human Resources.
Performance Target |
This page is a milestone measure, meaning updates take the form of qualitative, project-based narratives to provide additional details related to core County programs and services. Measure performance is impacted by a number of factors, including funding levels, strategic priorities, community need, and policy decisions made at the federal, state, and local level. Performance targets are not set for milestone measures, but timely reporting of updates is important.
How are we making an impact? | |

Issues were noted and resolved by a combination of County Department of Information Technology (DoIT) employees and Infor consultants.
The success of this parallel, including the concerted effort to resolve issues, will inform a second parallel to begin during Q4-21. The goals of this second parallel are to:
ERP Operational Team
A "stabilization" effort was conducted by the ERP Operational Team to focus on issues resulting from live Infor ERP components. The team and users reduced the number of outstanding issues and completed this stabilization. Future issues will now be addressed as part of normal operations.
