About this measure |
This measure provides quarterly updates on progress related to the planning, development, and implementation of the County’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Updates are provided by the Cuyahoga County Department of Information Technology on a quarterly basis.
Why is this important? |
The implementation of Cuyahoga County’s ERP software will help the County manage and connect information from core areas of the organization, promoting effective and efficient decision making and improving government operations. ERP enables the County to bring all of the County’s agencies under a single, uniform system for Finance, Procurement and Human Resources.

Measure performance is impacted by a number of factors, including funding levels, strategic priorities, community need, and policy decisions made at the federal, state, and local level.
