Milestone Measure

As of Q2, the project team has implemented five ERP modules: General Ledger, Flexible Budgeting, Project Accounting, Phase 1 of Budget Management, and Knowledge Base and Case Management. Knowledge Base is a personalized portal that allows employees to see information that pertains to them. This portal also integrates with employee, manager, and benefits self-service transaction systems so employees can seamlessly get information and complete transactions. Case Management automates routing of HR inquiries and cases to appropriate HR service groups.

In September of 2019, the project team will launch Learning Management and Talent Management modules followed by Procurement, Cash and Treasury Management, Cash Book, and Phase 2 of Budget Management modules in October.
