This measure quantifies the number and percent of County employees who have received training. Data presented are only for County employees working in agencies under the authority of the County Executive.
Data are reported by the Cuyahoga County Department of Human Resources on a quarterly basis.

Employee training and development is important to workplace safety, employee productivity, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
How are we making an impact? | |
The Organizational & Employee Development (OED) unit of Human Resources continues to add to its training offerings. New courses offered during the third quarter of 2019 included topics such as:
The fourth quarter of 2019 will be a big one for Cuyahoga County, as the Department of Human Resources will be releasing the MyLearning system, the learning management system accompanying the Infor implementation. MyLearning will replace My Training in MyHR and will provide a much more robust learning environment. Creating a Culture of Respect (harassment avoidance) and Upholding Trust in Government (ethics), both mandatory courses for all employees, will be available for employees when MyLearning is released. Additional courses that will be added in the fourth quarter of 2019 include a new supervisor orientation and a harassment avoidance course for leaders.
