Cuyahoga County Social Media continues to make an impact by reaching many members of our community with vital information regarding services, programs, health, and safety. Frequent touch points and consistent volume of messaging helps keep the County brand and the good we do in the County at the top of residents' minds. County Social Media has also become a hub of customer service by aiding residents to get the assistance they need when they reach out.
