How are we making an impact? | |
The Cuyahoga Housing Plan was enacted to further stabilize and strengthen home values, reduce housing insecurity, eliminate blight, incentivize renovation and construction of affordable housing, improve access to capital, and help residents maintain homes in good repair to avoid foreclosure.
To date, 132 homeowner repair loans have been issued to homeowners to make repairs, giving them access to capital for the repairs and increasing the property’s value. These loans comprise a total of over $504,000 to assist Cuyahoga County homeowners.
