Data are reported by the Cuyahoga County Office of Innovation and Performance on an annual basis.
Why is this important?

Population is a key component of a number of community indicators and government measures reported in Cuyahoga Performance. A growing population is a measure of a healthy community.

  • Month of update: September, with a 1-year lag. 
  • Census year data is reported using DEC Redistricting Data (P1) (P2).
  • Details on the United States Census Bureau, American Community Survey race and ethnicity standards can be found here. For reporting, Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander has been included in Some other race.
