Kicked off a robust recruitment for the next 5-Year Community-based Strategic Plan. Ten people were recommended by the City Manager to be appointed to serve on this committee. The committee members were appointed and confirmed on 2-25-2021. 

The SPAC had its first meeting on 3/31/21.
