In April, City Council concluded a months long negotiation on the framework for Chambers County MUD 3, which will include a mix of uses from single-family residential, multi-family, office and retail. The residential neighborhoods will have minimum 55 foot width lots, a mix of trails and parks, and elevated construction standards.
City staff is working with several other developers on potential residential projects and in each case, the developer is aware of the City's expectations for high-quality neighborhoods.
