The City has made enhancements to the Revitalization Incentive Zone (RIZ) in recent years, which encompasses the Alexander corridor.  As other economic development tools become available, those will also be used to promote opportunities in this area of the city.  Additionally, the comprehensive plan will be updated through extensive citizen input in late 2020 and early 2021.  This process may also bring to light other ideas to promote development along Alexander.
