City staff has had informal conversations with building and business owners in the Downtown Arts District.  Formal roundtable discussions will begin once the City rolls out new programs to incentive development, including the Business Improvement Grant Program and Baytown Revolving Loan Program.  Funding for these programs will be available in October of 2020 and conversations with building owners will pick back up at that time.
