The development of waterfront along Market Street will be included as part of the Market Street Study and the development of a Market Street District Master Plan. Burdit Design has been retained to conduct and compose the study of the Market Street District and anticipates presenting the completed report in spring 2019.

In addition, the Parks Department will research concepts for the Evergreen Bluff park.
