Description
Data collected during the annual DirectionFinder citizen survey. Measure shows the percentage of residents who were either satisfied or very satisfied with a specified area of the city. When the data is available, Baytown is also compared to how residents throughout Texas answered the same question.

Analysis

Seeing that citizen satisfaction continues to lag behind the average for Texas, the City has added an increased focus on improving street lighting throughout the City.  Scores have increased since the base year and should continue to climb as Centerpoint continues their LED street lighting program and the City continues to add new street lighting in areas that are currently deficient.
