Staff is actively looking at older neighborhoods and to improve areas that are deficient in street lighting.  We are actively working with numerous companies in order to light the dark alleys in the state streets, something that has not been practical in the past due to lack of infrastructure.  The LED conversion project is complete and we are looking to improve lighting standards in signature areas like San Jacinto and Market Street.
