City staff is in the process of working through every parcel the City of Baytown owns. There are over 600 parcels. City staff has scrubbed through the property list and narrowed properties that the City is not using as a city facility, parks, or recreational asset to approximately 74 parcels. 

City staff has finalized the list of eligible properties to be included in the for sale list; we will create an active inventory on the Economic Development web page to showcase the properties available and any incentives the City can provide potential buyers. In addition, city staff is looking to explore all options available to municipalities for disposing of these properties, including the possibility of soliciting a broker.
