The City's new Community Engagement Coordinator has developed a presentation and a toolkit for newly forming Neighborhood Groups.

The Baytown Engage Website was launched in September of 2020 and includes a project page specifically for Neighborhoods Associations.  This page allows existing Associations to register and neighbors interested in formalizing an Association to contact the Community Engagement Coordinator for assistance.  In the first quarter of 2021, one Neighborhood formalized their Association using the City's toolkit and another Neighborhood is in the process of organizing.  We will continue to support existing and newly forming Associations.
