The Community Engagement Coordinator has developed a Neighborhood Association Registry on Baytown Engage and has begun meeting with existing Neighborhood Associations.  Promotion of the Neighborhood Empowerment Grants will begin at the end of October 2020.

In the first quarter of The Community Engagement Coordinator has held in person and/or Zoom meetings with nine Neighborhood Associations and HOAs, mostly for the purposes of promoting the Neighborhood Empowerment Grants.  Six grants have been awarded and are in the early stages of execution.
